My Story

I am a Colorado-born artist working across painting and ceramics. Growing up in Colorado continues to shape how I see form, space, and material, and I consider myself a local artist rooted in that landscape and its culture of making. I began my artistic practice in painting, first learning during a trip to Ghost Ranch and later exhibiting a series of still life works during my senior year of high school.
My work has since expanded to include ceramics, where I’ve developed a more tactile and process-driven way of making. I’m drawn to practices that require attention and patience, where progress is built gradually and shaped through iteration.
At the same time, my background in business has shaped how I approach that process. Moving between analytical and creative thinking has pushed me to engage with making more intentionally, balancing structure with experimentation.
A consistent thread throughout my life has been a sensitivity to beauty, both in objects and in everyday moments. Art has become a way of engaging with that, shaping how I think, work, and move through the world.
